The current Rock 14U Permier roster features 11 fastpitch softball players from eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York with graduation years of 2024 and 2025. The first year 14U team includes 8 returning softball players and 3 new additions for the 2019/2020 season.
In addition to travel softball, Abbey also plays basketball for Northern Burlington. She roots for the New York Yankees as well as the LSU and University of Florida softball teams. Her favorite subject in school is math. Abbey also loves animals and tends to two dogs, three lizards and lots of fish.
East Windsor, NJ
Alayna is the fourth sister in her dedicated softball family. She enjoys math and hopes to go to Villanova one day where her sister Angela plays softball. In between games Alayna can be found playing with her Golden Retriever, Frank. On the rare off weekend she likes to go to Seaside Park with her family. Alayna also volunteers to help with softball programs for her local rec leagues.
East Windsor, NJ
Angelina plays sports year-round including soccer and basketball. When she gets a break, she vacations in Estepona, Spain. She loves the Mets and UCLA Bruins softball. Angelina’s older sister, Isabella, plays travel softball and softball, soccer and basketball for Hightstown High School. Her younger brother, Anthony, plays baseball and football. She volunteers as a counselor at Vacation Bible School.
Ava is an Eagles and Phillies “Phanatic”. Her older sister, Lauren, played for the Newtown Rock Gold and currently plays for Marist College. Her favorite subject in school is science and she likes to root for the Florida Gators softball team. She likes to chill with her puppy, Bailey. Ava also volunteers for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Ava has been playing softball since she was seven years old. She has three sisters and loves playing with her two dogs. In her free time, she volunteers at No More Pain Rescue for Dogs. She spends a lot of time studying and is a high honors student. Her favorite food is New York pizza!
Staten Island, NY
In addition to softball, Emma plays basketball, soccer and volleyball. She also volunteers to coach softball clinics for younger girls in her town. Emma loves math and hopes to go to Villanova one day. Her older brother Jack plays baseball for Notre Dame High School. For relaxation, Emma loves to snuggle with her two fluffy cats.
New Egypt, NJ
Outside of softball, Helen loves basketball, spending time with her family and playing with her two dogs, Trevor and Roo. She has five siblings who are all active in sports. Helen’s favorite subject in school is science and she hopes to attend Penn State one day. During the winter she volunteers to help coach her community's youth basketball league.
When Jenna’s not playing softball she enjoys field hockey, volleyball and rooting for the Eagles. Her favorite subject in school is math and she hopes to go to school at U Penn. She volunteers her time at nursing homes through the Unami Club and Manna on Main. Jenna loves playing with her dog, Luna, a Neapolitan Mastiff.
When Kady takes a break from softball she love going to amusement parks and vacationing at LBI. She has an older sister Kylie who is a Junior at Towson University and older brother Jack who is a sophomore at Hightstown High School. Kady excels in math. She loves animals and has a yellow lab named Gracie and hamster named Mr. Nibbles. Her favorite college softball team is the Florida Gators.
East Windsor, NJ
Katie roots for the Villanova Wildcasts basketball and softball teams. Her favorite subjects are math and social studies. Her older sister Grace plays for the Rock 14U National team and her younger brother Ryan loves to play basketball. Throughout the year Katie volunteers for Operation S.T.A.T. (Standing Tall for American Troops) whose main goal is helping hospitalized veterans.
Violet loves playing with her two dogs, Alphie and Noodles. Her favorite subjects in school are math and Latin and hopes to go to Villanova one day. She has a younger sister, Lily, who is a slap hitter and outfielder. Last winter Violet played for her middle school’s Unified Basketball team, which joins people with and without disabilities on the same team.
